About Esmero Labs
We build websites and web tools, one country at a time, in the language and with the conventions of the people who use them.
What we make
Small, fast sites that answer one question well. Our first is a price page: the maximum price of the butane cylinder in Spain, taken from the official bulletin, with the calculation shown. The name "esmero" means care in Spanish and Portuguese, and that is the standard we try to hold.
Where we work
Spain first, in Spanish. We add countries one at a time, and we publish a country only when we can write for it properly: local sources, local units, local words.
How we handle information
- Official publications come first: government bulletins and regulators, not news summaries.
- Each figure links to its source so you can check it.
- If we cannot confirm a figure in an official source, we do not publish it.
- Every page that shows changing data says when it was last checked.
